Landscape Design Plan

Landscape design adds curb appeal and significant value to your home, not to mention many hours of family enjoyment and entertainment possibilities.
Determining exactly what your needs and desires are is especially important to us. We work closely with you to fulfill your landscaping dreams, whether you plan on staying at your home for many years or are planning to put your house on the market. We will help you design a landscape plan to fit your own personal lifestyle, or to help you decide what the best design is before putting your property up for sale.
Our Final Landscape Plan
A design fee will be charged for any design work provided. This fee is based on the size of your design. We will refund the cost of the design fee if our proposal is accepted and signed. The design fee will be refunded when the work is completed and billed. If we do not do the work for your project, the bill for the design services will be mailed to you after the final plan is presented.
If you authorize us to proceed with the design, we will complete a site inventory, take measurements, and start preparing a drawing for your property. Additional meetings and revisions may be required for complex designs. After your design is presented, we will also provide our proposal to perform the work. Payment options for the project installation will be discussed at this time.
